Well, I think some folks must live a utopia life.

As a husband of a mother who has raised three boys, is raising two girls, another boy, and two grand babies, I can tell you she thought it was the best Mother’s day service she has ever experienced.

I have watched her give her heart away time and time again to her kids, and never ask for anything in return. While at the same time cry because she felt she could have done more to help them prepare for the real world.

I would have to say, that if some folks thought, we were not “mother Dayish” enough, then I bet they have never experienced having your child go to prison, or have the police show up to tell you your child is wanted in connection of a series of thefts, or have their kids have babies and bring them to you to raise because they realize they are to young, and not responsible enough to be a parent.

As the husband and father of one of the greatest mom’s in the world, and one who was there Sunday, I can say “She loved it.

As we left the service Sunday we both looked at each other and said “Finally a church did not sugar coat “mother’s day” as a Leave It To Beaver fantasy.

Nope, I think you and the crew hit it on the head.

Although watching Pop Star Mom and girls TWICE in an hour was a little much for me personally, I have to say they do have some type of talent… I’m just not sure what show they should try out for, but I am sure there is one.

Pastor Eric,
I live in GA and was vacationing w/ my family from LA down in Destin. We tend to skip Church while on vacation- but I really didn’t want to miss worship on Easter, so I rounded up the crew, planned ahead, and found a Church to go to. I couldn’t have picked a better one. Wow. Your message was awesome, so was the music, and your volunteers shined with genuineness. I started browsing through your archive and just listened to the identity message. Plan to go back and listen to some more. Thanks for making Easter-09 a memorable one for me and my family.

Pastor Eric,
I’m always amazed at want this church has done since it started. You are truly blessed…so is Darlene and the rest of us who love you so much. Sunday service was terrific,amazing, outstanding….and much much more. Thanks for all that you do…..and thankyou volunteers you did good!

Pastor Eric, some of your comments are cracking me up! I thought our Easter service was awesome. Great message, powerful music, awesome new kiosk, wonderful volunteers… everything was A+! I hope a lot of the visitors come back regularly. This next series is going to be so good.

Heather, thank you so much but honestly I look at you… that’s it, I just look at you. Kidding; I look at you and see how much you and Amanda do and the excellence that you bring to the kids ministry and I am so grateful. Paisha, you did a great job with that last song. Finally during the last service, I got to hear you sing it.
